The Sleepypod "Mini" was created with the active, small pet owner in mind. It has the same stress-free travel versatility as the larger Sleepypod with an added ability to fit under an airline seat.
The ultra plush interior is easily maintained with a quick vacuum or a dip in the washing machine. All other components can be wiped clean with a damp cloth.

Optional Cool Mesh Liner
On hot summer days, pets just want to stay cool just like us. While the shearling bedding is great for cold and moderate temperatures, sometimes it is just too hot to use during summer months.
When we think of comfort on hot summer days, we think of lounging under a shaded area in a hammock. Pets feel the same way and just want to have some relief from the heat. We developed the Air Mesh Hammock for this very reason.
We chose a mesh material that allows air circulation all around your pet. It is a highly durable polyester mesh that simply zips into a Sleepypod. The Air Mesh suspends your pet above the base to provide cool and relaxing comfort.
Air Mesh bedding for hot weather along with Ultra Plush shearling and electrical warmer for cold weather completes the Sleepypod system for 4 seasons of everyday use. This is the most complete pet bed ever developed. Your pet will be comfortable and content either at home or on the go.
Both the standard size Sleepypod and the mini Sleepypod can be equipped with this optional feature. Air Mesh can be conveniently stored underneath the foam bed when you are using the Ultra Plush Bedding. Air Mesh is easily maintained with a quick vacuum or wipe with a damp cloth.
Optional Bed Warming Pad w/12V Adapter
The Sleepypod warming pad is available for added security and to ward away the cold of those especially chilly nights. The low wattage warmer is designed to maintain a toasty 107F, perfect for those times when a human lap just isn't available. The adaptor with its quick disconnect cord is rated for 100-240 volts, 50 or 60 Hz.
We are proud to also include our latest feature: a 12V plug for use on the road. Who says the pampering has to stop once you leave the house?
When not using the warmer, simply remove it from your Sleepypod or unplug the adapter and tuck the connector inside the bedding to prevent your pet from chewing on the cord. Wipe clean with a damp cloth.
The warmers are very low power and designed with your pet's safety first. It will at most only feel slightly warmer than your own body temperature. It will feel warmer where your pet is lying on it. If left out in the open it will not feel warm at all as the small amount of heat it produces quickly dissipates in to the surrounding air. Similarly the areas that are not covered with a pet will also stay cool to the touch. Our test is to roll a towel up and cover the warmer while it is installed in the bed and let is run for at least 10 minutes. If should feel warm under the towel. In extremely cold weather will never reach 102F (39C), but will do its best to get as warm as it can.
