Please read these terms of use before ordering. By using this website you signify your agreement to these terms. By accepting these terms of use through your use of the website, you certify that you are 18 years of age or older. All billing information provided must be truthful. Providing any untruthful information is a breach of these terms of use. By confirming your purchase during the checkout process, you agree to pay for the item(s) requested.

Acceptance of Orders

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. We also reserve the right to limit quantities (including after you have submitted your order). Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include: limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. For your convenience, you will not be charged until your payment method is authorized and the order information is verified for accuracy. If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge.

Payment Methods

Our site is equipped with secure server for handling credit card orders. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. This also includes bank "debit cards". Credit card "billing" addresses must match the card holder's shipping address. Orders sent to an address other than the card billing address, must also show the card holder's address.

 We also accept pre-payment by PayPal (pay by check online), Money Order, or Cashier's Bank Check. Sorry, no C.O.D. orders. Pre-payments should be sent to Top of the Line, P.O. Box 206, Hackett, AR 72937.

Shipping Information

Top of the Line is centrally located, allowing for faster delivery to all parts of the country. Most orders ship in 1-2 working days. We stock most of our products, but some larger, or heavier, items are drop-shipped from the manufacturer. These items may also have a 3-7 day lead time, prior to shipping Back orders, although rare, ship as soon as available.

Top of the Line has no hidden shipping fees. We use published UPS shipping rates, which are calculated by weight + distance (UPS Ground) unless otherwise requested on the order form. Orders over 200 lbs. or large equipment, ship via motor freight.

We can no longer ship some of our chemicals by the U.S Postal Service, and we have restrictions on select chemicals into a few states. You will be notified of these restrictions if you have ordered one of these products.

Top of the Line does not sell products out of North America, nor do we ship to APO addresses. The 60-90 day wait for USPS claims has made that impossible.

Additional Fees

Orders shipped to Alaska & Hawaii may include additional freight. We will notify you of this charge by email. If you accept, we will proceed with the order the same day. Shipments to Canada include handling, packing and insurance. They do not include taxes, duties, or brokerage fees. These fees are the receiver's responsibility upon arrival.

We use actual UPS "computerized shipping charges" which are calculated by weight and zip code "zone" (not by item price, like other sites). Top of the Line does not have hidden shipping costs.

Over-weight or over-sized packages may include an additional UPS fee. (Note: UPS will not ship to a P.O. Box address). Pallet shipments may include "single shipment" or "residential" charge. All shipping charges include insurance. Shipping addresses must be correct. If any part is incorrect or missing, UPS will charge $10.00 for the address correction, which will be the responsibility of the customer and added to your cost. UPS also charges a $5.00 return fee for any refused package, which will be your responsibility and deducted from your return credit. Arkansas residents must add a 8.25% sales tax.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Top of the Line is not responsible for items damaged or lost in shipment. Your items are insured, so inspect your order when it arrives. DO NOT sign for a damaged parcel without a full inspection of the contents. If you receive a damaged item, notify your local UPS terminal within 24 hrs. or call 800-533-5743  for instructions. Please call 800-533-5743 if your order is not received within two weeks. It is most likely lost in transit. Orders may be tracked directly on www.ups.com with the package tracking number. If you did not receive one, we can furnish that number, or we can track the package for you. Packages sent by U.S. mail require a 30 day waiting period to file a claim.

15 Day Return Guarantee

We guarantee satisfaction on all of our products. If you are not satisfied with an item and it is in original, resell condition, call for a return authorization number. You will receive return instructions at that time. Credit on returned items, in resalable condition, will be for the amount of the item only. Shipping is not refundable. Return shipping is also the responsibility of the customer. Special Order merchandise, videos and manuals are not returnable. Some oversize, overweight, or non-stock items may require a 15-20% restocking fee. All electric polishers returned (in new condition) require a 15% restocking fee and large electrical equipment (in new condition) will have a 25% restock fee. 

Product Warrantees

Product and equipment warrantees are issued by the manufacturer, and must be filled out and sent in by the customer. Problems or repairs will be handled by Top of the Line, or directly with the manufacturer. We can furnish phone numbers and contact personnel. Please notify us of any defective item as soon as possible. 

MSDS Information

Product Material Safety Data information sheets, or MSDS, may be obtained by calling our office. Give us the product name and the manufacturer when you place the call.

Limitations of Liability

Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall Corco Western Inc/ DBA Top of the Line, be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages or lost profits that result from the distribution or use of, or the inability to use, the content or materials on this website, or delays in delivery of any purchased products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall Top of the Line's total liability to you, exceed the amount paid by you, for purchased products.
