The total weight capacity of the pedal vehicles is 50 pounds. Heavier loads, including children, (no matter how cute they are) can nullify your warranty and damage the vehicle.
Only "non-toxic" materials are used in all of the vehicles, but they also go through a rigorous testing procedure to ensure the pedal vehicles comply with the requirements of the Federal Hazardous Substances Acts (16 CFR 1500 and 16 CFR 1303), and the Standard Consumer Safety Specifications on Toy Safety (ASTM F 963-96a). They contain no harmful lead contaminates, and are safe for children.
There is a 90-day limited warranty for all pedal vehicles against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from receipt by the original end-user purchaser.
Please contact us about replacement parts. Any part that breaks during the warranty period will be replaced free of charge.
It will arrive within 7-10 business days, depending on how far you are away from the warehouse in California.
